“It was well attended by our community as well as our church members,” said Randy Norris, senior pastor of The Station Church. “They absolutely loved it!”

Miss PattyCake is described as a “brightly costumed character” on her website. She uses early childhood education techniques to teach basic beliefs in God through stories and song.

During the May 18 event at The Station Church, the children, which ranged in age from preschoolers to age seven, enjoyed a pancake breakfast with their parents before moving into the worship center.

“There was singing and stories, and everyone had a great time,” Norris said.
