Bible study teacher and author Beth Moore will be the featured speaker at this year’s Ministers’ Wives Conference of the Southern Baptist Convention June 15 in Indianapolis. Moore will be joined by Travis Cottrell, worship leader for her Living Proof Live events.
The conference theme will be “The Designer’s Label,” based on the Message translation of Colossians 3:10, “Now you’re dressed in a new wardrobe. Every item of your new way of life is custom-made by the Creator, with His label on it. All the old fashions are now obsolete.”
“It talks about how God has given us everything we need to live this life,” said Donna Gaines, 2004 conference president and wife of Steve Gaines, senior pastor of Gardendale’s First Baptist Church.
The 11:30 a.m. ministers’ wives luncheon Tuesday, June 15, will be held in the Sagamore Rooms of the Indiana Convention Center, the site of the annual Southern Baptist Convention.
