Mount Calvary Baptist to celebrate 92nd anniversary and homecoming

Mount Calvary Baptist Church, Tarrant, will celebrate its 92nd anniversary with a homecoming service Nov. 17 at 10:30 a.m. John Hollingsworth will be the guest speaker and Chris Crain, executive director of missions for Birmingham Metro Baptist Association, also will speak. The theme for the event will be “Koinonia” — a Christian’s fellowship and participation with Christ. The church’s 50-year time capsule will be opened. A covered dish lunch will follow.
