Ben Praytor is the new pastor of Mount Gilead Baptist Church, Dozier. He is an Alabama native, growing up in Birmingham and Opp. Praytor has a bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences from Troy University, and currently works as a civilian contractor at Fort Novosel and as a chaplain for the Opp Police Department.
