Mount Hebron Baptist Church, Elmore, in Elmore Baptist Association honored Betty Harris Dec. 19 for 50 years of dedicated service as church pianist. Harris presented a concert that evening featuring some of her favorite music. Other church musicians, including her daughter, Teresa Young, also participated. Steve King is pastor.
