Not long ago Joel and Luke Smallbone of the Christian pop group For King and Country were known better as the brothers of Rebecca St. James. But they’ve since made an impressive name for themselves. The album includes the powerful song “God Only Knows” (Echosmith’s Sydney Sierota is heard on the radio remix) and the wake-you-up energetic tune “Joy.” But there are plenty of other good ones, including the upbeat songs “Burn the Ships” (the cover title) and “Amen” and the slower “Pioneers.” The digital album is free on Amazon Prime. (Michael Foust)
