High school seniors and incoming college freshmen may be assured of a seat in the University of Mobile school of nursing through the new Early Decision Program.
The program allows qualified applicants to be admitted to the bachelor of science in nursing program as incoming freshmen without waiting to complete several years of college. Students in the program may begin hands-on clinical observations at area hospitals during their freshman and sophomore years.
Students must also meet ongoing academic requirements to continue in the school of nursing clinical component, which begins in the junior year.
