New Home Church, Pisgah, will hold a special service of recognition honoring the 62-year ministry of evangelist Bill Stafford on July 25, 6:30 p.m. Phil Hoskins, pastor of Higher Ground Church, Kingsport, Tenn., will speak and Gaither Homecoming artist Allison Speer will provide special music.
