New pulpit dedicated in member’s honor

Calcedonia Baptist Church, Centre, dedicates its new pulpit in honor of Kenneth ‘Tater’ Stinson, pictured here, the church’s oldest member. Stinson was honored in November 2015 for his many years of service to the Cherokee Baptist Association church and his work on the previous pulpit that was built in 1959. The new pulpit was constructed by church member Tom Hester. Jimmy Pritchett is pastor.
