The University of Mobile school of Christian studies is seeking nominees for the prestigious Order of the Shofar award.
This award honors Alabama Baptist State Convention ministers for Christian service that might otherwise go unnoticed.
Anyone may nominate a minister for consideration. Nominations may be made online at www.umobile.edu/shofaraward, or call the school of Christian studies at 251-442-2255 to receive a nomination form.
Nominations for the 2009 Order of the Shofar must be e-mailed or postmarked by Oct. 9.
