We want to thank you for your friendship throughout the many years. May 28 was John’s last Sunday serving as pastor of Jerusalem Baptist Church and Connie’s last Sunday playing the piano and leading the worship.

The Anthony family will be leaving Jerusalem, Israel, in early/mid-August.

Our youngest son, Mark, graduates from the Anglican International School Jerusalem on June 22. In August, Mark will enter Baylor University in Waco, Texas, as a freshman student in business and communications.

John and Connie will begin a one-year stateside assignment (furlough) at Park Cities Baptist Church in Dallas, Texas.  Our adult children, Allison and Tyler, who grew up in Israel, presently work and study in Dallas.

After serving in Jerusalem 27 years, we are accepting a new assignment with the International Mission Board, SBC. In August 2001, they will be transferring us to Paris, France, to begin a new effort at church planting among Paris’ professional community.
