Kenneth Phillips is the new pastor of Oak Mountain Church, Pelham. He holds an associate degree in sacred literature and a bachelor’s degree in ministry from Covington Seminary in Fort Oglethorpe, Ga. He previously served as the director of college and career ministries at First Church, Birmingham. He also served as youth minister of Raleigh Avenue Church, Homewood. He and his wife, Louise, have two children.
