At Alabama WMU’s Renew event Feb. 22, about 500 women gathered to hear speaker Heather Johnson, shopped at a WorldCrafts store, took a photo in a giant cake to celebrate the CP’s 100th birthday and left encouraged to be on mission.
Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Ashland had prayed and planned for 200 men to attend their community-wide men’s night Feb. 23. But when the night came, God brought them more.
“Cycling has given me chances to share the Gospel with others,” he said. “If you’re riding in a group, people eventually ask what you do and I tell them.”
