Q: How did you come to know the Lord?
A: I grew up in church and joined the church at 9 years old. I have always believed in the Lord, and I have always believed in prayer.

Q: How have you been involved in church through the years?

A: I go to church and I keep the record on Discipleship Training. I have belonged to First Baptist Church, Argo, all my life. I used to work in the kitchen cooking the meals. I started cooking in the Army in 1942 or 1943.

Q: How do you see yourself involved in church in the future?
A: As long as I can, I am going to be going to church. I will just have to do what I can. We have a meeting every Wednesday night, and they ask me to pray and I do that. Whatever I can do, I do it.

Q: What difference has being a Christian made in your life?

A: If I hadn’t of had the Lord to talk to, I don’t know what I would have done. I just can’t see being without Him.
