Pell City’s Mount Moriah holds note burning, dedication

Mount Moriah Baptist Church, Pell City, in St. Clair Association held a note-burning ceremony and dedication for its fellowship hall and sanctuary April 3. The loan was paid off in 11 years after the family of Howard Savage, who died March 1 and was a member for nearly 60 years, paid the remaining amount. The church named the fellowship hall The Howard Savage Fellowship Hall.
