Philippine Baptist Theological Seminary President Armando Canoy (center) and academic dean Michael Janapin (left) visited the office of The Alabama Baptist on Feb. 9 to learn about the ministry of the state Baptist newspaper. TAB Editor Bob Terry presented the seminary leaders with a copy of TAB’s new book ‘The Alabama Baptist: Celebrating 175 Years of Informing, Inspiring and Connecting Baptists.’ Canoy and Janapin were guests of Samford University and Mountain Brook Baptist Church, both in Birmingham.
