Teens from Raimund Heights Baptist Church, Bessemer, in Bessemer Association lead the way through the streets of Hueytown in the annual Walk for Life, held in February to raise funds for the local Sav-A-Life offices. The church’s youth praise band and adult choir competed against each other in fund raising and in total, raised $1,155 for the walk. Tommy Chesser is pastor.
