Regular health screenings vital for senior adult men, women

There are several screening tests that both men and women should have on a regular basis to determine an individual’s general health condition and to detect potential problems early.

According to information provided by the Mayo Clinic, establishing what is normal for an individual early on can help the individual detect serious changes later.
