Rehobeth Baptist Church celebrated it’s 150th anniversary Oct. 25 with special services that coincided with the Harvest Day family festival.
Former pastor Travis Free spoke and Ellen Dewberry, Alabama Baptist Historical Commission representative, presented a plaque. Lunch followed. James Newell was interim pastor at the time of the event. Chad Hixson became the new pastor Dec. 6.
