Ridgecrest Conference Center will be purchased by the Ridgecrest Foundation, a new independent nonprofit ministry formed by supporters of the facility and its programs. LifeWay Christian Resources announced in April its plans to sell the North Carolina property.
The transfer is expected to take place by the end of 2020, LifeWay said in an Oct. 15 announcement, but terms of the agreement were not made public.
