Robert “Robby” Joplin is the new pastor of Oak Grove Church, Glencoe. He helped plant Redeemer Church, Oxford, along with a group of others, and served as youth pastor for Macedonia Church, Ranburne, and Harmony Church, Anniston. Joplin also serves as the liaison for the Defense Logistics Agency Chaplain Care Team. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Southeastern Bible College in Birmingham. He and his wife, Crystal, have three children.
Relatives of a recent convert to Christianity dragged a pastor to jail and vowed he will remain there until the woman returns to her family, sources say.
