"God Rocks!" is a new, Christian cartoon for the elementary-aged child. Characters and stories are created by Bruce W. Stacey, but all are based on rocks from the Bible. Famous rocks like the one slung from David’s slingshot, affectionately named Bullseye, or larger rocks like Rez, the one rolled away from the Easter tomb.
What rock could be brought to life for the Christmas season? The very rock that held our Savior after He was born. Combining history and interest to the younger crowd, we find out Nana Rock-a-Bye’s true identity and the role she plays in the Rocky Ridge Christmas play.
Scripture from the New International Version flows naturally throughout the story, and the Scripture reference allows biblical interaction and teaching for parents or older children.
