Bernice Adele Yarbrough Martin was recognized Jan. 9 by her church, Round Island Church, Athens, for her 100th birthday, which was Jan. 12. Martin has six children, 12 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren.
