Sam Day has resigned as director of missions for Tuscaloosa Association and accepted an administrative position with Birmingham Water Works. His last day was Sept. 25. Billy Austin, retired president of the Alabama Baptist Retirement Centers, has been named interim executive director. Also, the title for the position has been changed from director of missions to executive director.
