Softball camps for girls ages 8-17 are scheduled for July 17-18 and again July 24-26 on the campus of Samford University in Birmingham.
A two-day camp July 17-18 will offer separate pitcher and catcher camps 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m., with lunch included both days. Registration is $80 for each of the separate camps.
A 10 percent discount will be offered to the second child in a family.
July 24-26 camps feature an offensive camp 8:30-11:30 a.m. and position camp 12:30-3:30 p.m.
An all-star camp combining the two will be held 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Registration is $60 for each half-day camp or $120 for the all-day camp, which includes lunch.
The camps will be coached by Samford softball head coach Mark Voisard and assistant coach Beanie Ketcham.
