Frank Page, president of the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC), will share his vision for the future of the SBC at the Birmingham headquarters of national Woman’s Missionary Union (WMU) Nov. 30.
The program will begin at 10 a.m. with a reception honoring Page, who is pastor of First Baptist Church, Taylors, S.C. He will speak at 10:30, and there will be time for questions and dialogue afterward.
“It is with great pleasure that we welcome Dr. Page to Birmingham,” said Wanda S. Lee, executive director of national WMU. “We hope church leaders and laypeople alike will take this opportunity to personally hear Dr. Page’s passion for leading others to Christ and advancing the gospel through Southern Baptists and missions.”
