Scott Reed retires as music minister of Ruhama Baptist Church

After 21 years of “faithful service” at Ruhama Baptist Church, Fort Payne, Scott Reed has retired as the church’s music minister.

“Scott and his wife, Paulette, have served at Ruhama Baptist Church in many different ministry roles over the years,” said Pastor Mike Miller, noting also that Paulette had served as an “excellent church clerk.”

This year also marks Reed’s 50th anniversary in bivocational music ministry. He previously served at Broadway Baptist, Rainsville; Fyffe First Baptist Church; Tates Chapel Baptist Church, Centre; and South Highland Baptist Church, Gadsden. (Dekalb)
