When you take swimming lessons, one of the first things you’re taught is how to float, usually on your back. But what about staying afloat spiritually?
I am old enough to remember when local TV stations used to sign off around midnight. The news would come on at 10:00, followed by a late-night talk show or old movie.
What do you suppose it would be like to have Jesus as your older half-brother? To grow up in the same family as the Son of God? To have a senior sibling who is incapable of sin, who leads a perfect life?
