I have two questions for you. Just two simple questions with clear answers, and those answers should take you to an inescapable conclusion. A conclusion that can, and should, change your life.

The first question is: Who created you?
The Bible leaves absolutely no doubt about it. “For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made” (Ps. 139:13–14). Isaiah the prophet writes, “Yet you, Lord, are our Father. We are the clay, you are the potter; we are all the work of your hand” (Is. 64:8). In Ephesians Paul states, “We are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus” (2:10).
The second question is: Can God make a mistake?
Scripture says over and over that our God does not make errors. “As for God, His way is perfect; the word of the LORD is flawless” (Ps. 18:30). “He is the Rock, His work is perfect” (Deut. 32:4). “Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect” (Matt. 5:48).
So add those answers up and you come to this conclusion: If God created you, and if God cannot make mistakes, then you are made exactly and precisely the way He intended for you to be. You are perfectly made.
Guilty as charged
You may find this hard to believe. You have faults, weaknesses, vulnerabilities. We all do. You are a sinner. We all are. How can we be perfectly made when we so often fail to live up to godly standards?
God uses sinners to accomplish His purposes. Moses, David, Paul, Peter and Rahab were all guilty of abominable acts, yet were among many God used for good. You weren’t created without shortcomings, but you were designed perfectly to walk the specific path laid out for you before you were born.
Don’t spend another second feeling you are not holy enough, not talented enough, not good-looking enough, not healthy enough, not popular enough. You are exactly as you should be. God wants to use you.
And there is absolutely no doubt you are the right person for the job.
