Shades Crest Church, Hoover, will hold its 14th annual High Country 5K race and 1-Mile Fun Run on April 11. T-shirts are guaranteed for the first 300 runners. A pasta dinner will be available April 10 for registered runners and their families and a pancake breakfast will follow the race.
