Shades Mountain Baptist Church, Vestavia Hills,

The choir of Shades Mountain Baptist Church, Vestavia Hills, traveled to Scotland June 1–10. This was the group’s second trip to Great Britain.

The student worship band and adult worship choir performed in public schools during the day, as well as in neutral venues in the evening. They were there to raise awareness of a unified effort to evangelize Glasgow, Scotland, though the efforts of about 10 churches of all sizes and denominations.
