Mike Simpson is the new pastor of Smithville Church, Bessemer. Simpson previously served Smithville as assistant pastor. He holds a bachelor’s degree in justice science from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a law degree from the Birmingham School of Law. Simpson and his wife, Tammie, have three children.
