Scott Harris is the new pastor of Southside Church. Harris holds a bachelor’s in religion from Mars Hill College in North Carolina; master of divinity from Southeastern Seminary in Wake Forest, N.C.; doctorate in theology from Andersonville Seminary in Camilla, Ga.; and doctorate in ministry from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Va. He previously served at South Norfolk Church, Chesapeake, Va., as well as at other churches in Virginia, Tennessee and South Carolina. Harris and his wife, Teresa, have two children.
