Springhill Avenue Church, Mobile, staff anniversary

Billy Hinson celebrated his 25th anniversary as minister of music for Springhill Avenue Church, Mobile, Feb. 1. Hinson is also a history professor at the University of Mobile. He earned his bachelor’s degree in social studies education and his master’s in history from Northeast Louisiana University in Monroe, La., and his doctorate in history from the University of Mississippi in Oxford, Miss. Don Bond is pastor.
