Ben Chandler is the new director of missions for St. Clair Association. Prior to assuming the current position, Chandler served as director of missions for Tennessee River Association and as a pastor for 28 years in Alabama, Texas, Georgia, Florida and Ohio. The Alabama churches he led include Springfield Church, Brundidge, and First Church, Dawes. Chandler holds a bachelor’s from Troy State University, a master’s from Southwestern Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas, and is pursuing a doctorate from Midwestern Seminary in Kansas City, Mo. He and his wife, Patricia, have two children and one grandchild.
