Rheta Nell Thrasher Tcherneshoff, former missionary to Brazil, died Aug. 24. She was 75. A native of Hillsboro, Tcherneshoff, along with husband Pete, served with the Foreign Mission Board (now International Mission Board) in Brazil from 1963 to 1977.
