Tennessee River Baptist Association on mission

Eight people from four churches in Tennessee River Baptist Association did missions work with the Tohono O’odham at the reservation in Hickiwan, Ariz., June 23–29.

The team, led by Director of Missions Dwight Everett, conducted Vacation Bible School and revival and did manual labor, such as cleaning the Hickiwan Fellowship Church building, repairing its plumbing and renovating the pastor’s study. The team also took donations given by churches in the association to supply a children’s resource center and provide a small air conditioner.
