Dean Shirley is the new youth pastor for The Church at Shelby Crossings, Calera. He is the founder and director of StandOut Ministries and formerly served as youth pastor for Chelsea Bible Church. He holds a bachelor’s degree in theology from Southeastern Bible College in Birmingham. Shirley and his wife, Alison, have three children. Ken Letson is pastor.
