The 2012 Alabama Baptist State Convention annual meeting will be held at Vaughn Forest Baptist Church, Montgomery, in Montgomery Baptist Association Nov. 13–14.
The convention preacher for the 2012 annual meeting will be Lawrence Phipps, pastor of Vaughn Forest Baptist.
Alternate preacher is Sammie Reid, pastor of Mount Zion Baptist Church, Warrior, in North Jefferson Baptist Association.
Messengers voted for Vaughn Forest to be the site of the 2016 state convention annual meeting, which will take place Nov. 15–16 of that year. (TAB)
