The 2013 Alabama Baptist State Convention annual meeting will be held at Whitesburg Baptist Church, Huntsville, in Madison Baptist Association on Nov. 12–13. The convention preacher for the 2013 annual meeting will be Kevin Wilburn, pastor of First Baptist Church, Scottsboro, in Tennessee River Baptist Association.
Alternate preacher is Tim Cox, pastor of Liberty Baptist Church, Chelsea, in Shelby Baptist Association.
Messengers voted for Whitesburg to also be the site of the 2017 annual meeting, which will take place Nov. 14–15 of that year.
