Judson College campus ministries and the office of faith-based service and learning sponsored Treats on Bibb Street Oct. 31. Marion police cordoned off a section of Bibb Street, creating a pedestrian park for the evening. Judson students in costumes set up booths with games and candy for children to provide a safe trick-or-treating environment.
