Creativity comes alive and students shine at summer music and theatre camps offered in June by the Alabama School of the Arts at the University of Mobile. Registration is underway for the day camps.
“We had a fantastic camp experience last year, and we are looking forward to having an even better time this year,” said camp director Dr. Stephanie Archer, assistant professor of music at UM. “Our summer camps are the perfect opportunity for children and teenagers to engage in the performing arts in new ways.”
Both camps are held on the campus of the University of Mobile, 5735 College Pkwy. Deadline to register for UM Summer Theatre Camp is May 22. Deadline to register for UM Summer Music Camp is June 2. Register for summer camps at umobile.edu/summer-camps.
