Jeramy Ward is the new senior pastor of Union No. 3 Baptist Church, Gadsden, following in the legacy of his late father and pastor, Justin Ward.
He is currently working toward his master’s degree at New Orleans Seminary. Jeramy and his wife, Brandi, led the senior adult J.O.Y. Ministry at U3BC before he became the lead pastor.
The Wards have one son.
Bethel Baptist Church, Robertsdale, will host a Walk Through Bethlehem event Dec. 13–15, 6–8 p.m.
Palmerdale Cross Baptist Church, Pinson, has brought in Josh Cook to serve as interim pastor.
Members of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, Atmore, prepared 100 Operation Christmas Child boxes after the church hosted a Lottie Moon Christmas Offering kickoff service Nov. 3.
Ted Vafeas is serving as interim director of missions for Franklin County Baptist Association.
