University of Mobile Sporting Clay Shoot Competition to Benefit Rams Baseball

The University of Mobile will host the 2012 Sporting Clay Shoot on Oct. 12 to support the men’s baseball program. 

The shoot is at Taylor Creek Shooting Preserve in Theodore starting at 8 a.m. Register online at www.umobile.edu under “Features” or call Tonya Gomien at 251-802-5789. 

Registration ends Oct. 3. Fees cover 100 clay targets, t-shirts, and lunch. Attendees also will have an opportunity to meet Joe Espada, a graduate of UMobile and third-base coach for the Florida Marlins. 

All proceeds benefit the UMobile men’s baseball program.
