James “Jim” Blair is the new pastor of Wagarville Church. He comes from Emmanuel Chapel, Hazel Green, where he served as associate pastor. A native of Weaverville, Calif., Blair is a graduate of Fresno Missionary Baptist Institute in California. He and his wife, Tria, have four children.
