Wayside Church, Alexander City, new pastor

Larry Cummings is the new pastor of Wayside Church, Alexander City. He holds a bachelor of ministry degree from Baptist Bible Institute (now the Baptist College of Florida) in Graceville. He previously served as director of missions for Covington Association and as pastor of Westview Church, Opp; Bellwood Church; and Northside Church, Ponce de Leon, Fla. He also has served on the Alabama State Board of Missions’ executive committee. He and his wife, Genia, have three children and four grandchildren.
