West Side Church, Jacksonville, will hold several Easter events. On April 1 at 10:45 a.m., it will present the Easter musical “Written in Red,” and at 6 p.m., it will present “Peter Cotton’s Tale.” On April 5 at 6:30 p.m., it will hold a Maundy Thursday service. On April 7 at 9:30 a.m., it will hold an Easter egg hunt for children, preschool through fourth grade. On April 8 at 6:30 a.m., it will hold a sunrise service at Hillcrest Cemetery in Jacksonville with breakfast at the church afterward.
