What pastors say about VBS

1. Know that God is in control.

2. The pastor of the church should be the pastor of VBS.

3. Do not discount youth or adult VBS.

4. Allow yourself to delegate.

5. Remain humble and teachable.

6. Prepare and follow a detailed job description.

7. Keep it fun and new by using creative methods to enlist workers.

8. Plan ahead for follow-up.

9. Be passionate and enthusiastic.

10. Serve as if you have been truly “called” instead of like a “volunteer.”
