An EF5 tornado wiped away most of Emmanuel Baptist’s building, leaving only the front steps behind.  The church property was bulldozed March 18 and its foundation for a new 5,000-square-foot building was to be poured in April in preparation for Carpentars for Christ to arrive June 5. Builders for Christ plan to arrive mid-June to frame the building.
