Nationally known author and speaker Trudy Cathy White, daughter of Chick-fil-A founder Truett Cathy, was the featured speaker at this year’s Samford University Legacy League scholarship luncheon.
A man in Pakistan who assaulted two Christian women in January and tried to rape one of them will face lesser, bailable charges if arrested.
“All income from the church is reportable income, including recognition gifts,” according to Lee Wright, church compensation specialist for the Alabama Baptist State Board of Missions.
